Has my order been dispatched yet?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder in case it lands there.

If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have entered the incorrect delivery address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped, we can update your delivery address.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as products can be sent from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next.

Please do not panic if you do not receive all of your items at once. The remaining items will still get to you.

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?

We always try our best to assist you. However, if your order has already been shipped, then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate changes, provided your order has not already been shipped.

My order is still not here, please help?

If your order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

We offer a money back guarantee or will have your order resent.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

There is a good chance that our email has ended up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.

If you still cannot find it and would like it resent, please let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.

If your card was declined, please do not worry. Simply contact us and we will advise you.
